Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa by plane or by train.

Lhasa train station/ airport picking up. You will be warmly greeted by our local guide and
driver, transfer you to reserved hotel in Lhasa. Today is your first day in Lhasa, so have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude. Overnight in Lhasa.

Day 2: Lhasa Sightseeing: Potala Palace/Jokhang Temple/Barkhor/ StreetSera Monastery.

In the morning we arranged you to visit the Potala Palace which is the worldwide known cardinal landmark of Tibet. The massive structure itself contains a small world within it. Mostly it is renowned as residence of the Dalai Lama lineages (Avalokiteshvara). Inside Potala palace, you will see the throne room of Dalai Lamas and their golden funeral stupa. Afternoon section is to visit the most sacred shrine and spiritual heart of Tibet, the Johkang Temple, which is built in 7th century by 33RD King Songtsen Gampo. Barkhor street, most known ritual circumambulation where you can see Tibetan locals prostrating and murmuring mantras in strong faith.

After you can ask your guide to take you to Local tea stall to have some sweet milk tea .visit the Sera Monastery, which was founded in 1419 by Tsongkapa's disciple Jamchen Choeje. The most attractive is Monks debating which is related to logic,Overnight at Lhasa.

Day 03: Lhasa/Yamdrotso lake/Gyangtse/Shigatse

Driving over Kambala pass 4794m, you will have a glimpse of Yamdrok-tso and spectacular views of Holy Mount Nyenchen Khangsar in the distance, the turquoise colored Lake Yamdrok Yutso is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, the unforgettable vista of pincer-shaped turquoise water of the lake and amazing spectacle of Mt. Nyenchen Khangsar glacier from Karo la pass are wonders of the day. Then along the Friendship southern Hwy drive to Gyantse, visit the famous stupa - Gyantse Kumbum, one of the most stunning architectural wonders in Tibet. Drive to Shigatse. Overnight in Shigatse

Day 4: Shigatse- Lhasa

Tibet’s second largest city. Shigatse, elevation 3840m, is home to the Tashilhunpo Monastery. Along with exploring the monastery, you can also hike the ancient pilgrim circuit along with hundreds of Tibetan worshippers. Drive through Northern friendship highway to Lhasa near the Yarlung Tsangpo river.

Day5: Lhasa airport dropping off
The driver will take you to airport or train station.
